The employee is legally bound by the terms of their employment contract, based on the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and the hadith (definition): "Muslims are bound by their conditions." Therefore, work hours must be adhered to, and it is not permissible to change them except with explicit permission from an authorized person.
