Is it permissible for vineyard owners to stipulate experience for grape-harvesting laborers, and is it permissible for someone in need of work to claim to possess it?

Every condition that benefits one of the contracting parties must be fulfilled, based on the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." It is permissible to stipulate experience and work habit, and it must be fulfilled. Lying about it is not permissible.
