Is it permissible to defraud an application for learning languages for free if the application stipulates payment for learning 12 languages while not stipulating that for learning one language, this being for the purpose of teaching these languages to preachers and for translating books that refute misconceptions, for the sake of Allah?

It is not permissible to cooperate in sin and aggression, nor to resort to deception to take what is not rightfully one's own. The avenues for learning are many and do not require such tricks. Whoever relies on Allah with the intention of seeking beneficial knowledge, Allah will grant him success.
