The answer

It is recommended for a person who has a need to perform ablution (wudu') well, then pray two rak'ahs, praise Allah, and send blessings upon the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and supplicate with the supplication reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "There is no god but Allah, the Forbearing, the Generous..." There is no harm in praying with this intention (success in work). It is preferable for each individual to pray alone to avoid the disagreement regarding the permissibility of congregational prayer in supererogatory (nafl) prayers. It must be noted that specifying a particular prayer for this situation has not been established by ; rather, its permissibility is derived from general principles. If people believe that performing this act is a Sunnah, then it is not permissible and is considered an innovation (bid'ah).
