The answer

Disobeying parents is one of the gravest sins forbidden in the Qur'an and , and Allah hastens its punishment in this world. Despite the heinousness of this sin, it cannot be definitively asserted that the prayer or fasting of the offender will not be accepted, for Allah may forgive all sins, except (polytheism), for whomever He wills, and one who repents from a sin is like one who never committed it.
