1. Is it permissible for an employee to tell his manager that the rental price of a property is 250 dinars, even though its real price is 150 dinars, and he takes the difference for himself in exchange for another person’s mediation? 2. Is it permissible for us to offer money to an employee tasked with providing technical channels for our company’s benefit, so that he provides a larger number of channels than those officially available? 3. Is it considered impermissible or permissible to tell a seller a price lower than the real market price for a device one wishes to buy from him, with the aim of buying it at a low price and then selling it at a higher price?

If searching for a company's location is part of your job, or if you made time for it, then it is not permissible to take extra pay for it, even if it is outside working hours, as long as you have accepted this work. However, if it is not part of your job, and you request extra pay for it, then if you agreed with the manager on a specific amount, it is not permissible to increase it through lying or deception. If no specific amount was agreed upon, then this is a فاسدة (invalid) lease, and in this case, only a fair market wage (أجرة المثل) should be taken, and lying is forbidden in all circumstances to obtain money.

Regarding the second question, if you are entitled to a certain number of channels and the employee is procrastinating, it is permissible to pay a sum of money to obtain your right, and the sin falls upon the employee.

Regarding the third question, lying in sales is forbidden; it is a form of deception and eradicates the blessing of the sale, as stated in the noble Hadith (definition). A false answer from the seller is plain lying.
