How do I invite people to Islam during Ramadan, and what are the best means for that?

Ramadan (definition) is an opportunity to invite people [to Islam], and among the means of da'wah therein are: teaching the rulings of fasting before the month, delivering a daily talk after Asr prayer, organizing a Qur'an recitation circle, giving talks during Taraweeh prayers about the pillars of faith or the Prophet's biography, creating a wall magazine, establishing an audio library, printing a pamphlet about Zakat (definition) al-Fitr, preparing the mosque for i'tikaf, and arranging a communal iftar (definition).
