The answer

It is permissible to advance if the wealth reaches the . If the hawl (one lunar year) for the wealth is in Dhul-Hijjah and the Zakat was advanced in Rajab, then the additional amount (140,000) has two scenarios:

- If it is a growth of the original wealth (like trade profit), its hawl is that of the original wealth, and Zakat is paid for it when the hawl is completed in Dhul-Hijjah.

- If it is newly acquired wealth (like a gift or inheritance), the Zakat payer has the choice either to pay its Zakat along with the first wealth or to set a separate hawl for it starting from the day of its possession.

- If the additional wealth comes successively (like savings from a salary), it is easier to pay its Zakat along with the first wealth in Dhul-Hijjah.
