The answer

The fact that a partner commits major sins or some transgressions does not invalidate the partnership, unless these transgressions are related to the partnership, such as dealing with usury, bribery, or transactions that render the company's funds unlawful. In such a case, the partnership must be terminated. However, if the transgressions are outside the scope of the partnership, such as adultery and drinking alcohol, they do not harm the partnership as long as its operations are legitimate. Nevertheless, terminating the partnership with such a partner is more advisable to avoid the harm of their close association with you.
