What is the ruling on working as a male fashion model, and what is the ruling on the money earned from it?

It is permissible for a man to work as a male model if his work is free from: uncovering the awrah (the area between the navel and the knee), imitating disbelievers in clothing or their specific symbols, effeminacy (imitating women in gait or movements), and wearing silk or gold. If his profession is free from these forbidden (Shari'ah) matters, then there is no objection to it.
