How can we get rid of a paper containing talismans and scribbles, on which "A B ' D" and "Allah is the Protector" are written, given to my father for protection from the evil eye, without any harm befalling us?

The evil eye is real, and protection from it is achieved through Ruqyah (definition) and prophetic supplications, not through amulets or charms. Carrying stones or amulets for protection from the evil eye or magic is considered hanging forbidden amulets, and whoever hangs them has committed Shirk (definition). To dispose of amulets, their knots should be untied—if any exist—and their parts separated, then they should be destroyed by burning or similar means.
