Is bathing with rainwater a cure for sorcery, demonic possession, and the evil eye?

This statement is entirely incorrect, as rainwater has no connection to the treatment of demonic possession (mass), magic (sihr), or the evil eye ('ayn). This has not been authentically reported from the Prophet, peace be upon him. The interpretation of "the defilement of Satan" (rijz al-shaytan) in Surah (definition) Al-Anfal has no relation to rainwater. Furthermore, Satan did not retreat from the battle after the rain fell, but rather after the angels descended. Devils are not affected by water; in fact, they can dive into it. Preferring rainwater over Zamzam water is a grave error and blatant ignorance, as Zamzam water is the best water on earth and contains healing.
