Is it permissible to hang a written copy of Surat Al-Ikhlas on the back window of a car for the purpose of remembrance and da'wah, and is it permissible to write the word "Good" next to the majestic word "Allah" when translating to clarify the meaning?

It is permissible to hang Quranic verses for remembrance and admonition in a respectful place, such as council walls and books, as long as they are not exposed to disrespect. However, hanging them on car windows is feared to make them vulnerable to disrespect and diminished reverence, so it should be avoided.

Sheikh Ibn Baz, may Allah have mercy on him, was asked about hanging verses and surahs on walls, and he replied that there is no harm in it if it is for remembrance and admonition and the place is respectful. However, if the intention is for them to protect from jinn or the evil eye, then it is not permissible because that has not been ورد (come down/been mentioned) in the Shariah.

As for the translation of the meanings of surahs or verses, it does not hold the sanctity of the Quran and its rulings.
