Is it permissible to lie by spreading rumors about the presence of jinn in a canal to deter farmers from throwing trash into it, especially since this method has proven effective with one's wife?

Is it not true that whoever says prophets are infallible from polytheism before prophethood is refuting the Quran, given the verses that describe Abraham’s search for the true God, and His (the Almighty’s) saying about Adam and Eve: “But when He had given them a goodly child, they ascribed partners to Him in respect of that which He had given them,” and His (the Almighty’s) saying about the Prophet Muhammad, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him: “You did not know what the Scripture was, nor what Faith was,” and “And He found you astray and guided [you]”?

Are the whispers that a Muslim woman experiences, which involve attributing divinity to Satan, considered a form of shirk, given her rejection of these thoughts, her seeking refuge [in Allah], and her utterance of the two Shahadas, or are they merely whispers?
What is the ruling on saying: "The Prophet's name protects him" or "The Prophet protects him"? And is this saying forbidden even if one does not intend to attribute protection to the Prophet, may God's prayers and peace be upon him?
