Does the aforementioned Hadith indicate that the martyrs, scholars, and wealthy individuals mentioned therein are the first to enter Hellfire? Are they temporarily punished for their minor hypocrisy while their faith remains intact, or have they committed major hypocrisy and will abide eternally in Hellfire? Is the purpose of the Hadith to warn against the danger of hypocrisy?
What is the ruling on saying: "Had it not been for my diligence, I would not have succeeded in the exam"? And is it permissible to say "had it not been for so-and-so" if the reason is genuinely valid in Islamic law or by observation, or must one say "had it not been for Allah and then so-and-so"?
