How can the existence of photographs of scholars who issued fatwas prohibiting photography be justified, especially since they do not object to the photographers who take their pictures?

Photographic, television, and video imaging are permissible if they are free from unlawful elements. As for the scholars who deem imaging forbidden, they may be referring to prohibited images, or they may have initially considered imaging generally forbidden, then later recognized the permissibility of what has been mentioned, and thus retracted their initial opinion, which is an acceptable matter in Islamic law.
