Is it permissible to continue working on translating purposeful Islamic nasheeds (chants) that are free of the duff (a type of drum) and publishing them, while attaching them to pages calling to Islam?

As long as the team is committed to translating anasheed (Islamic vocal music) that are free from Sharia (definition) violations, in their content, the meanings of their words, and their performance style, and that call to sublime and noble meanings; then there is no harm in continuing to work with them. Rather, it is encouraged to remain with them, with the intention of doing good, for the Islam of a Westerner might be due to a meaning contained in a translated verse.
