What is the ruling of the Sharia on a wife remaining with her husband who only prays during Ramadan, practices music and singing with non-Muslim companions, despises and denies the hijab, and corrupts the creed of their children?

If the husband does not pray and rejects his wife’s hijab (definition), then he is in grave danger; because abandoning prayer is considered disbelief by many jurists, and rejecting the hijab indicates a lack of gheerah (protective jealousy) and a perversion of the fitra (innate disposition). We advise the wife to separate from him if she predominantly believes that he will not accept advice or repent, even through khul‘ (divorce initiated by the wife), to safeguard her religion.
