Is a girl, who worked in her father's pharmacy for 10 years without significant pay, then for very little pay, and contributes to paying off the pharmacy's debts, while her father and brother control everything and she suffers from personal debts, entitled to demand her rights, or should she remain silent in accordance with the hadith "You and your wealth belong to your father"?

If the pharmacy was opened as a partnership between you and your father, then you have your share of this money based on the partnership agreement. It is not permissible for your father to take anything from your money without your consent, according to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "The property of a Muslim person is not lawful [to take], except with his willing consent." And the hadith (definition): "You and your wealth belong to your father" does not mean that the father may take whatever he wishes from his son's money. Rather, he is permitted to take what he needs. You have the right to demand your money politely and in a good manner, and the intervention of respected individuals can be sought. If the problem is not resolved, some scholars have permitted suing the father when necessary, and this is not considered disobedience except when a greater benefit is clearly evident. Advice should be given to your brother in a kind manner, reconciliation should be sought between your father and your husband, and supplication and remembrance of Allah Almighty should be increased.
