What is the ruling on writing papers containing Quran and remembrance (dhikr) and sticking them on the body, or placing them on a tooth, or writing amulets (huruz) from legitimate supplications and placing them under the bed, or hanging talismans if they are from the Quran, remembrance (dhikr), and supplication (du'a)?

It is not permissible to attach papers containing anything from the Qur’an or supplications to the body, or to place them under the bed. This is because it falls under the category of hanging amulets, which is prohibited by the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "Whoever ties an amulet, may Allah not fulfill his need," and "Indeed, incantations, amulets, and love charms are polytheism (shirk (definition))."
