How sound is the Hadith that states that whoever speaks during the Adhan will not be able to utter the Shahadatayn at the time of death?
Will Allah Almighty hold the one who suffers from intrusive thoughts accountable for the thoughts and laughter that come to him against his will, and will he be pardoned, knowing that he does not recite the Shahada or perform Ghusl due to his intrusive thoughts? Is his action correct?
Does having sexual intercourse with a menstruating woman and anal sex invalidate prayers for forty days and lead to disbelief (kufr) and expel one from Islam, similar to the ruling on going to a diviner and believing him? And does one need to utter the Two Testimonies of Faith to re-enter Islam?

What must be done to embrace Islam?
Is it permissible to marry a girl who believes in Allah, His books, His messengers, and Islam as a religion, but has not pronounced the Shahada due to her incomplete conviction in some principles of Islam, such as the punishment for theft or the prohibition of alcohol? And how can one ascertain her complete faith to raise children upon Islam?
Is saying the Shahada before sleep considered a Bid'ah (innovation) because it is not mentioned in the books of Adhkar (remembrances)?

Is action in faith a condition of perfection or a condition of validity?
Is it permissible for a young Muslim man to marry a Filipino Christian girl whom he loves and promised to marry, and whom he taught some matters of Islam, and she is convinced of Islam and wishes to convert to Islam after marriage so that it would be a proof before her family, knowing that his family rejects his marriage to her?
Is it permissible to marry a Christian woman who has expressed her willingness to embrace Islam for the sake of marriage, with the intention of bringing her into Islam, knowing that there is no affection towards her, and that the potential husband wishes to return to his country and marry another woman later?
Is what happens to a person by way of intrusive thoughts (waswasa) concerning the Divine Self and the Prophet (peace be upon him) – which are interspersed with moments of pause and reflection before seeking refuge [with Allah] – considered among the self-talk (hadith al-nafs) that is divinely pardoned, or does this pause make him accountable? And is not uttering the two declarations of faith (Shahadatayn) when pondering such thoughts considered a sin?
