The question

What is your interpretation of your statement, "Its meaning is that a person should not exert himself in that for which no evidence has been established, indicating it from the accounts of previous nations," and does this mean that God writes in the Holy Qur’an about subjects He does not know, and does this prove the Christian argument that there are errors in the Qur’an?

The answer

One must be precise in speech and not cross red lines when speaking about Allah the Almighty. Allah’s knowledge encompasses all things, and the Quran was revealed to be pondered upon and acted upon. Therefore, what is detailed in the Quran must be believed in detail, and what is mentioned concisely and then detailed by the authentic , likewise. As for what is not detailed in the Quran or the Sunnah, such as the name of the tree or the number of sorcerers, it is not befitting for a servant to exhaust himself in searching for it, due to the absence of a legal text that confirms it. Focus should be placed on the authentic texts of revelation that the encourages studying, understanding, and acting upon.
