The answer

The majority of people in Europe are non-Muslims, and their women largely engage in nudity and excessive display. Therefore, working in ironing clothes that are exported to them and are revealing is prohibited, as it constitutes cooperation in sin and transgression.

If it is possible to restrict the work to ironing children's clothes and the like, then it is permissible to continue in it. Otherwise, the preponderant view is that it is obligatory to leave that work immediately, unless one is in dire need of it, in which case it is permissible to remain in it until one finds a permissible job, with the obligation to diligently strive for that.

As for the money earned from this work, there is no harm in it, because the work itself is not inherently forbidden; rather, it becomes forbidden due to its being an aid to a forbidden matter.
