Is it true that a man who commits adultery with a married woman will be demanded on the Day of Resurrection by her husband to give him all his good deeds in exchange for his sins, even if he repents?

However, there are texts that indicate recompense (muqassah) on the Day of Resurrection. You must increase your repentance (tawbah (definition)), seeking forgiveness (istighfar), and performing righteous deeds as expiation for what you have committed. Also, increase your good deeds in preparation for the reckoning with those whose rights you have violated, for Allah forgives His own rights through repentance, but He may not forgive the rights of His servants.
