Is it permissible to receive compensation from social security for treatment costs by writing a prescription in the name of the father or brother, given that the social security fund is mandatory for public sector employees and non-mandatory for the private sector, and that the questioner works in a shop?

It is permissible to subscribe to social security for treatment and other purposes if the intention is cooperation and assistance, not profit and exchange, provided that social security funds are not placed in usurious banks. If those in charge insist on placing them in usurious banks, then it is not permissible to subscribe if it is optional. However, if it is compulsory, there is no sin upon the subscriber. It is not permissible for non-subscribers to benefit from social security, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions, as long as they conform to the truth." It is also not permissible to write a medical prescription in the name of a subscriber for the benefit of a non-subscriber, and one must repent from such an action.
