What is the ruling on a doctor writing a prescription in the name of a socially insured person for a socially uninsured patient, on the pretext that the patient does not have sufficient money to purchase the medicine?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to agree to the request of some patients to write a prescription in the name of a socially insured person, because this involves deception and forgery. Lack of money is not a justification for this; rather, one must refrain, fear Allah, and seek a permissible way to obtain medicine, even if it means borrowing. This is in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect" (Quran 65:2-3), and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever refrains [from begging] Allah will make him refrain, and whoever seeks self-sufficiency Allah will make him self-sufficient, and whoever endures patiently Allah will make him patient. And no one has been given a gift by Allah wider than patience."
