This is based on the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions, except a condition that forbids what is lawful or permits what is unlawful." Therefore, it is not permissible to defraud the company by writing medical prescriptions in the names of individuals not covered by the contract, as this is considered taking others' money unjustly, lying, and betrayal, both of which are forbidden in Islam.
