Is the charitable endowment for a female teacher considered "ghulul" (unlawful taking from public funds or spoils of war)?

There is no harm in a female student giving a gift to her female teacher, provided it is not intended as favoritism. The fact that the gift comes from all the students negates the accusation of favoritism. Dedicating the reward of an endowment (waqf) to the teacher, or giving charity on her behalf, and naming the endowment after her, is not considered among the types of gifts discussed by scholars in jurisprudential research. Rather, it is like dedicating a reward, which is no different from supplicating for the teacher and similar otherworldly benefits. Dedicating the reward of an endowment to others is permissible by scholarly consensus.
