Who is given precedence regarding acceptance when the desire of the daughter and her mother conflicts with the father's desire concerning a suitor?

The one accepted for marriage is he whom the girl approves, because she is the one who will live with the husband. However, if a girl chooses someone who is not suitable in terms of his religion and character, her opinion is not to be taken into consideration, even if she rejects someone chosen by the father. This is based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "If someone whose religion and character you approve comes to you, marry him off. If you do not do so, there will be tribulation on earth and great corruption." In case of a disagreement between the father and the mother, the matter reverts to the betrothed daughter.
