Is delaying the burning of soiled papers and leaving them for a longer period while waiting to find a deep pan to protect them from flying away during burning considered a form of desecration?

"It is not forbidden to handle newspapers unless they contain something that must be respected Islamically, such as the names of Allah. If they become soiled with something impure, it is obligatory to promptly remove it as much as possible without unusual hardship. However, dust is not considered impure, and its removal is recommended, not obligatory. There is no sin in delaying the removal if it was due to ignorance of the obligation, or for an excuse, or due to hardship."
