What is the optimal guidance for dealing with a collection of newspapers at home, given the fear of burning or desecrating them by placing them outside?

We have explained how to dispose of papers by burning them or burying them in a special place until they disintegrate. Newspapers can either be preserved, burned, or buried in a pure place. Similarly, if a copy of the Qur’an becomes worn out, it should be buried in pure ground or burned, as Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) did. As for newspapers and letters that are no longer needed, they should either be buried in pure ground or burned. However, using them as wraps or discarding them in the trash is all reprehensible and impermissible.
