Is it permissible for a university student to break their fast in Ramadan due to exams, and do they have to make up for it?

Saying tasbih (subhanallah) after prayer is not considered a disturbance to worshipers if it is done silently, without raising one's voice. However, if one raises their voice with it and disturbs nearby worshipers, then it is not permissible. It is legislated for one who has completed their prayer to remain in their place, remembering Allah silently, until the Imam finishes his prayer.
