What should one do if their university, where they take exams, is 130 kilometers away from their place of residence, the university restaurant is closed, and they have to stay in the university dormitory during Ramadan, which coincides with their exams?

Allah has permitted the traveler to break their fast, due to His Almighty saying: "But whoever among you is ill or on a journey, then [he is to fast] an equal number of other days." If the distance reaches the distance for shortening prayers (approximately 83 km or more), and the traveler stays at the examination location for a period that does not remove from them the designation of being a traveler (less than four days), then they may break their fast and must make up the days later. Fasting is better according to the majority of scholars if it does not cause hardship. However, if the stay is four days or more, then breaking the fast is not permissible according to the majority of scholars, as the designation of being a traveler is removed. In this case, one must take food or sufficient money to buy food.
