How can worms be created in a dough-filled container without reproduction?

Allah is capable of all things, creating from nothing and from something. Allah Almighty says: "Originator of the heavens and the earth. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, 'Be,' and it is." The worms generated in dough are not created from nothing; the air is full of germs and viruses, which, when a suitable environment is present, produce a second stage, such as an egg, larva, or butterfly. Ibn Sina also mentioned that worms are formed in moist, decaying substances.
