What is the way to combine relaying hadiths and religious guidance to a deaf brother who does not speak Arabic, does not read, and does not know the Sunnah, with the fear of fabricating lies against the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, especially when recalling the hadith: "Whoever fabricates a lie against me shall take his seat in the Hellfire"?

Whoever is able to teach his brother what he needs to know concerning religious matters is obligated to do so. The warning mentioned in the Hadith applies when one lies intentionally. There is no harm in narrating Hadiths from reliable scholarly books, provided there is no strong suspicion that they are fabricated or weak. If there is a fear of mispronunciation, one can say, "It is narrated in the meaning of the Hadith such and such."
