Is using a mobile phone, which leads to brain cancer, considered self-harm, suicide, or throwing oneself into perdition?

If it is proven that the mobile phone causes brain cancer, then it is impermissible to use it; because it falls under self-destruction and casting oneself into ruin, as Allah Almighty says: "And do not kill yourselves. Indeed, Allah is ever Merciful to you." (Quran 4:29), and His saying: "And spend in the way of Allah and do not throw [yourselves] with your [own] hands into destruction. And do good; indeed, Allah loves the doers of good." (Quran 2:195), and the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "There should be neither harming nor reciprocating harm." However, these matters are mere possibilities, and specialists differ regarding the harms, therefore, the matter should be presented to them.
