Is it permissible to eat raw meat or meat that still contains some blood?

There is no harm in eating raw or undercooked meat, if it is from an animal that is lawful to eat and has been slaughtered Islamically, as long as its consumption does not lead to harm; for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There shall be no harm or reciprocating harm."
