Is it permissible for an employee to receive a financial reward from farmers in exchange for completing wheat delivery transactions without mediation?

It is not permissible for an employee to accept tips or gifts because of his job without the permission of his employer, due to the hadith: "Gifts to workers are ghulūl (ill-gotten gains)," and because it is considered an increase in price that belongs to the employer. The Permanent Committee has issued a fatwa prohibiting taking them and considered it a form of bribery.
