Is it true that Khalid ibn Sinan was a messenger between Muhammad and Jesus, as stated in Fatwa No. 66030, which did not mention this information?

In our fatwa, we relied on the apparent meaning of the agreed-upon Hadith that there was no prophet between the Prophet (peace be upon him) and Jesus, and what came from Khalid ibn Sinan is weak. Al-Hafiz, in Al-Fath, reconciled the Hadith: "There is no prophet between me and him [Jesus]," with what was reported about the three messengers of the town, Jurjis, and Khalid ibn Sinan, by explaining that the intent is that no prophet was sent after Jesus with an independent Sharia, but rather they were sent to affirm the Sharia of Jesus.
