Is it permissible to take out an interest-bearing loan from a bank, with the ability to repay it immediately and before interest is calculated, in order to benefit from privileges associated with the loan such as advertising or obtaining an import license?

It is not permissible to proceed with this action, as it involves two prohibitions: signing an acknowledgment of usury and assenting to it, and aiding the bank in its usurious transactions. This is forbidden by explicit text in the Noble Quran, in His (Allah's) saying: "And cooperate not in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty" (Al-Ma'idah: 2). This idea must be completely abandoned, for the sustenance that is with Allah is not attracted by disobeying Him, but rather by obeying Him, as He (Allah) Almighty said: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect." (At-Talaq: 2-3).
