How can the Druze belief in the transmigration of souls be refuted, or is there a book that can be referred to for refuting this belief?

The belief in reincarnation is false and constitutes disbelief (kufr), because it contradicts many verses and hadiths that affirm the punishment and reward of the grave, and that the soul is confined to the body of its owner, in fulfillment of the Almighty's saying: "Every soul, for what it has earned, is pledged." Moreover, the Qur'an states that the martyrs are alive and provided for; if the belief in reincarnation were true, they would have no special distinction.

It also contradicts Allah Almighty's statement that bodies will bear witness against us on the Day of Judgment.

Every text that proves the قبض (seizing) of souls, or the bliss and torment of the grave, or the resurrection, reckoning, and recompense, refutes and disproves this belief.

Scholars have refuted this belief, such as Ibn Hazm in "Al-Fasl fil-Milal wal-Nihal," Sa'id Hawwa in "Al-Islam," Muhammad Sa'id Ramadan Al-Bouti in "Kubra Al-Yaqiniyat," and Muhammad Al-Khatib in "Al-Harakat Al-Batiniyah fi Al-Alam Al-Islami."
