Does the Hadith: "Whoever innovates into this matter of ours that which is not from it, it is rejected" mean that what is from it is not rejected?

It is like a scale for outward actions, just as the hadith "Actions are by intentions" is a scale for inward actions. Thus, every action not intended for the sake of Allah is rejected, and every action not based on the command of Allah and His Messenger is rejected. By its implication, the hadith indicates that every action that conforms to the command of the Lawgiver is not rejected and is accepted.
