How do we reconcile the Hadith "Part of the perfection of one's Islam is his leaving that which does not concern him" with the command to enjoin good and forbid evil in the Hadith of the ship, and the saying "Leave creation to the Creator"?

Praise be to Allah, and prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and companions, and those who followed him, as to what follows:

There is no contradiction between the obligation to reject evil and leaving that which does not concern you. Rejecting evil matters to a Muslim in two ways: he is legally obliged to do so, and his life is threatened with punishment if he does not deny it. And what does not concern is that which is not needed in the necessity of his religion and worldly life.

Commanding what is right and forbidding what is wrong concerns the entire Islamic nation, and it is not correct to say, \"This does not concern you.\" As for the saying \"Leave the creation to the Creator,\" it is not from the Quran or the Sunnah, and it can be carried on a correct meaning, which is to leave their reckoning after commanding and forbidding them.
