The answer

It is not permissible for someone who knows they have a defect that would affect the marital relationship to conceal this defect from the person they intend to marry, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever cheats us is not of us." If one spouse marries while having a repulsive defect and the other party is unaware of it, the latter has the right to annul the marriage. However, if they become aware of the defect and accept it, or show what indicates acceptance, their right to annulment is forfeited. In this case, the contract cannot be annulled after acceptance, but divorce is permissible if there is a need, and the wife would then have the full rights of a divorced woman. The husband is advised to be patient with his wife and marry another if he wishes.
