The mother of the deceased receives one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, as Allah Almighty says: "And for his parents, each of them gets one sixth of what he leaves if he has a child." The four wives collectively receive one-eighth, to be divided equally among them, due to the presence of a lineal descendant, as Allah Almighty says: "But if you have a child, then for them is one eighth of what you leave, after any bequest you [may have] made or debt." The remainder goes to the ten sons and thirteen daughters by ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females, as Allah Almighty says: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." There is nothing for the remaining mentioned heirs, as they are completely excluded by the son.

The inheritance is divided into 3168 shares: the mother receives 528 shares, the four wives receive 396 shares (99 shares for each), each son receives 136 shares, and each daughter receives 68 shares.
