What is the ruling on rhinoplasty if the reason for the cosmetic surgery is a deformity of the nose caused by a previous surgical operation that led to a clear change in its shape, taking into consideration that the doctor stated that the only solution is a complete rhinoplasty?

It is permissible, Allah willing, to perform a surgical operation to correct a defect resulting from a previous upper jaw surgery, if the operation does not aim for excessive beautification but rather seeks to remove the defect and restore the nose to its previous shape, and to alleviate the significant harm suffered by the patient after the first surgery.
