Is a Muslim's prayer valid if they have a permanent, irremovable tattoo on their body?

Tattoos do not affect the validity of prayer, and their removal is not obligatory if it causes harm or disfigurement, especially if they are in an inconspicuous place. Repentance and seeking forgiveness are obligatory, along with an attempt to cover them.
