Is it necessary to remove a tattoo to perform Umrah, considering the cost of its removal and the unavailability of the amount?

The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, cursed the one who does tattoos and the one who has them done. Scholars have considered this act to be one of the major sins from which the perpetrator must desist and repent by removing the tattoo, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it. If removal is difficult due to hardship, financial inability, or the unavailability of a remover, then there is no blame on the perpetrator, provided that they remove it when able. Tattoos have no effect on acts of worship such as Umrah and prayer.
