Is working in the auditing of contracts for leasing exhibition halls and purchasing and translating cinema films, knowing that the films are not chosen, considered haram?

Cinematic films include beneficial and useful ones, such as documentary films that are free from objectionable content. However, most of them are outright falsehood. Working in a company to follow up on and translate contracts between it and satellite channels and film entities depends on the type of content being contracted. If it is permissible—which is rare or scarce—then there is no harm in it. However, if it is forbidden, then it is not permissible, due to its involvement in cooperation in sin and transgression. Since the permissible among such films is rare, it is not permissible to work in this field due to the predominance of the forbidden, unless you are compelled to do so to earn your livelihood and that of those you support, such that you cannot find a permissible job that meets your necessity. In such a case, you should remain in it until you find another job, and necessity is estimated according to its extent.
