Is the ringing of a landline phone (the globally unified ringtone) considered forbidden music, and what is the source of this ringtone, and is it produced by musical instruments?

We have no knowledge of a continuous phone ringing or its source. We have previously issued a fatwa regarding the ruling on ringtones that come with the mobile phone or are added by its owner.
